The firm is wholly owned and managed by Tanzanian professionals, led by a senior member of the land surveying profession who possesses extensive experience in both surveying and the general supervision of engineering projects. SEBA AND ASSOCIATES operates under Licence No. 106, issued in January 2006, which is granted to its Director and Lead Consultant, Mr. Sebastian B. K. Bebwa.
Mr. Bebwa is a Fully Registered Surveyor (FRS) with the National Council of Professional Surveyors (NCPS) and a Fellow of the Institution of Surveyors of Tanzania (IST). With over 34 years of experience in surveying practice, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the firm.

The CEO, Mr. Sebastian B.K. Bebwa, is supported by a capable team of key staff, including field surveyors and technicians. Together, they have demonstrated impressive performance in a wide range of projects, including topographical, engineering, bathymetric (hydrographic), control, and cadastral surveying. Their work has been commissioned by various organizations and institutions both within Tanzania and internationally. The team is highly proficient in utilizing modern surveying technologies, such as Total Stations, Global Positioning Systems (GPS), and related computer software. Their expertise ensures that diverse social conditions, land topographies, climates, and project policies do not hinder their performance.
Professional Credentials
The Director has been a Fully Registered and Licensed Surveyor with the National Council of Professional Surveyors (NCPS) since 1997 and is a Fellow of the Institution of Surveyors of Tanzania (IST).
